Game Boy Wars Advance

Although it has a generic-sounding title, Game Boy Wars Advance is an addition to a long-running strategy/combat series that has yet to be released outside of Japan.

This was actually the title I knew least about but fortunately Nintendo posted new info in the nick of time! It looks to be a turn-based strategy game, with modern weaponry like tanks and armies from different parts of the globe. Something like Risk but more present-day maybe? Whatever it is, it looks like another good candidate for multiplayer, four player and / or online.

The art style is very anime-like and it seems there are a variety of colorful characters that you can select.

Another thing I've learned is that there have been previous "Wars" games released in Japan, with Intelligent Systems (Fire Emblem, Paper Mario) responsible for development duties. I'm already of the opinion that America doesn't get enough Intelligent Systems, so that's yet another reason to bring this game over.

I love strategy games and can play them at the expense of many a week so I’d like to see more about it. However, going on what I know, I’d like it released in the U.S. Why not give it your vote?
