Rock the Vote

Calling ALL Nintendophiles!

In light of the explosion of information on Gameboy Advance posted recently on Nintendo’s site, Jon may have forgot to mention one of the coolest aspects of all. Then again, I may be being hard on ol’ Jon. Over the weekend, I mentioned he hadn’t posted our Mario Advance preview. Actually, he had and updated it too. At least I’m not firing him anymore!

Anyway, there's been some big news with the establishment of the new GBA page on Gameboy.com, Nintendo themselves have posted a poll that allows you to choose the which color of Gameboy Advance you like the best!

In addition to the color question, there is another poll which states:

There are no official U.S. release dates for the games listed above, but if you had your choice, which of these games would you like to see released in the United States (you may choose more than one title)?

Then, it gives a list of games, each of which you can learn more about and then "select" as a game you'd like to see come to the U.S.! With no butterfly chads, confusing ballots and plenty of great candidates, I had no trouble filling out the poll quickly. Being the nut I am, I voted for all of the games listed.

Crazy or not, I actually am interested in seeing all of them come out in the U.S. So when I saw this little poll, I decided that I would not only call attention to it, I’d explain why I voted as eccentrically as I did, encouraging my fellow Nintendophiles to get to know these candidates before voting themselves as much as possible. After all, the public has a right to know! We already have Previews on many of these (and soon will cover the rest), which is how I’ve come to know I want them all.

I’m more familiar than some than others but I felt there’s still good reasons each of these games should come out in the U.S. As each game is covered, maybe you'll start to feel this way too. Here we go!
