E3 2005 Award (no border)

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

There was a four hour wait to play this game. That statement alone ought to explain how huge Link’s newest adventure was at E3. Thankfully, it delivered. Link is back in action and he truly does look better than ever. The environments are bigger, the bad guys are even more evil, and the story looks amazing. Plus, Link can turn into a wolf. Twilight Princess is one of those games you know is going to be huge, and after playing it ourselves, we can now say that it’s true.

"What else can I say, other than that it's Zelda and that no one should be suprised? Twilight Princess will undoubtedly be another cherished iteration in the legendary series." - Karl Castaneda

" A darker, grittier Zelda that promises to be larger than Ocarina of Time. There ain't nothin' wrong with that." - Jonathan Lindemann

" It says a lot that Zelda was so impressive at E3 even though it's not really the kind of game that usually shines during a short demo. It's going to be even better when we have time to sit down with it for a good length of time." - Jonathan Metts

"Being thoroughly thorough with my adventure games, the time limit in the Twilight Princess demo was a great curse to me – especially after it was reduced to ten minutes on Friday. I wanted to see every corner that the village and dungeon had to offer. I can’t remember the last time I wanted a game this much; oh wait, I think it was called Ocarina of Time" - Daniel Bloodworth

"It's easy to forget about games you know are going to be at E3, but it will be impossible to forget about this one now that I've played it." - Mike Sklens
