For those who don't need a used Wii U for $130.
Nintendo's stock bundles for the season were originally leaked by Target: Switch bundles will include Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, while the 2DS will have a $79.99 bundle that includes Super Mario Maker's 3DS version.
GameStop will augment the bundle, or any other Switch you buy (including the Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee bundle) with a $50 gift card, while those with access to a Kohl's store (mostly the midwestern US) can forego MK8 for a headset, carrying case and $90 in credit for $329.99.
A late challenger has appeared from Google Express: They offer a bundle of a Switch and Pokémon Let's Go (Pikachu shown) for $359.99, but with code PREBF18 you can take 20% off (final price $292).
There aren't any other 3DS family deals, but the aforementioned Kohl's will give $15 in credit with the purchase of a SNES Classic.
In the accessory realm, Turtle Beach headsets compatible with, uh, Fortnite on the Switch will be $29.99 at Best Buy, and their house brand PowerA will have Switch controllers (Pro style) for $24.99. Meijer has the deal of the day on standalone Joy-Cons at $59.99 for a set. Sound off in the comments if you find good deals on microSD cards, especially in the higher capacities.
UPDATE 9:10pm ET: ShyGuy has done just that: 256GB microSD cards for US$45 at Amazon.
