And guess what? It's a totally new game in the series.
In a recent interview with the Adrenaline Vault (see link above), Croteam, the Croatia-based developer behind Serious Sam for PC and Xbox, mentioned that a GameCube version will be released in 2003. Even more surprising is that this will be a totally new game in the series! Here's the interview quote:
Since Croteam is branching out into the console market, will we see Serious Sam on other platforms?
We'll see new Serious Sam coming to GameCube in 2003. This will be a totally new game based on the Serious Sam character, but will have the same Serious Sam frantic action feeling.
