Nintendo will be responsible for sales, distribution, and marketing in Europe and Australia.
Nintendo and Capcom have signed a distribution agreement for Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition on the Nintendo 3DS. Nintendo will handle sales, marketing, and distribution of the launch title, which is due for release on March 25 for Europe. The distribution agreement additionally covers Australia. Capcom remains as the publisher of the game.
One difference in Nintendo-distributed games for Wii and DS is that they are eligible for Club Nintendo Stars, and the box includes a card with a redemption code.
Recent games under a similar arrangement include Monster Hunter Tri, Ghost Trick, and Okamiden.
