The two developers will now use the name of their parent company.

The names Artoon and Feel Plus will no longer be used for the two development companies as they will now be known by the name of AQ Interactive, their parent company.

Artoon most recently worked on FlingSmash, which is due out for release this holiday season. They also developed Yoshi's Island DS, Blue Dragon for Xbox 360, and Blinx: The Time Sweeper for Xbox. Feel Plus developed Ju-On: The Grudge for Wii, Lost Odyssey for Xbox 360, and Blue Dragon Plus for DS.

AQ Interactive, which was formed in 2005, is also the parent company of XSEED Games and Cavia.

Was the parent company of Cavia, Cavia shut down last month.

Cavia was EDIT: absorbed into AQ Interactive recently.

Huh? I think you used the wrong word because saying they were absolved into AQ Interactive doesn't make any sense (http://www.thefreedictionary.com/absolved).

"Cavia" no longer exists. The people who worked for the studio are still with AQ, but the studio itself was dissolved and absorbed into AQ and no longer exists.
